Job Description
Process the daily bucket of invoices/freight bills allotted
• Verify paperwork’s submitted by carriers for completeness, amount, fraud etc. via email/phone
• Pass the valid paperwork’s and escalate invalid paperwork’s
• Email/Upload/Fax the paperwork to Freight Brokers
• Follow-up with Freight brokers/customers via email/phone on the invoices for the correctness of documents, expected dates, and payments references
• Manage all Notes and Statuses in the CRM
• Work in sync with the clients in-house team and provide all the necessary support
